Deposit required:

• A damage/security deposit is required to reserve and confirm your event date.
• Pending no damage assessment or overtime your deposit will be returned in full within 3 business days.
• You may place a "Hold" on any date, for 7 days. This is not a contract and does not guarantee your date.
• All cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of deposit.
• A deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date, if there is a cancellation due to weather, as determined by Destiny Yacht Charters, Inc.

Finalization:

• You will be contacted 2 weeks prior to your event date to finalize all details. At this time we will need to finalize your menu, bar options, guest count and any other custom requests.
• All events must be finalized 10 days prior to your event date. A final bill will then be generated and sent to you. Should your guest count drop after the finalization date, no refund will be given. Increases in your guest count after the finalization date are subject to approval and will be deducted from your security deposit. We suggest giving your guests a 2 week cut-off date so that by 10 days out you will have a true guest count.
• Your final payment is due in full 10 days prior to your event date.
• Corporate or private checks, Visa, Master Card, Amex are accepted.
  

Overtime Rate:

• Underway: Additional cruising time may be purchased. Please contact your cruise coordinator for details.
  

Boarding Time Procedures:

• It is our policy to allow 15 minutes boarding period before your cruise time and 15 minutes disembarking period after your cruise, free of charge. A 30 minute boarding period is included with our Wedding/Reception cruises. Therefore, we cannot allow early arrivals to board before this time. If extra dockside time is needed, before or after your event, please contact your sales associate for a custom quote.
• All children under the age of 12 must be attended by an adult at all times.

Decorations:

• Due to fire codes and safety concerns, we ask that no microphone cords, power cords, etc. be run in public pathways. Glitter, confetti, birdseed, bubbles or rice are not permitted on the yacht or marina property. We also ask that no tape or tacks be used on the walls of the yacht.
• If a decorating committee is necessary, please arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before your scheduled sailing time.
• All decorations must be approved by Destiny Yacht prior to the cruising day.
